Terms and Conditions for Exotic Car Rentals – EPIC Miami

1. **Introduction**

Welcome to **EPIC Miami Car Rental**, your provider of exotic vehicles in Miami. By renting from us, the customer agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a safe and transparent experience. These terms protect the rights of both the customer and EPIC Miami. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to assist you before finalizing your reservation.

2. Driver Requirements

– Minimum age: 21 years.
– Valid driver’s license; for international clients, a passport is required.

3. **Payments and Security Deposit**

Payment methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, app payments, and cash.

Security deposit: Varies depending on the vehicle and rental duration. For rentals longer than 3 days, the deposit may be lower.

Deposit deductions: Any vehicle damage, excess mileage (200 miles per day), traffic violations, smoking, or excessive dirtiness will incur charges.

Deposit refund: $170 will be held for up to 14 days to cover potential fines. If no fines are received, the remaining balance will be refunded.

4. Coverage and Insurance

All customers must have valid insurance (full cover). The customer may use their own insurance or purchase one through us (depending on the vehicle).

The insurance must cover vehicle damage, third parties, theft, and vandalism. The customer is responsible for any damage not covered by the insurance, including negligence or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5. Vehicle Use

Mileage limit: 200 miles per day. Additional miles will be charged.

Geographic restrictions: The vehicle cannot leave the state of Florida without authorization. If it does, the GPS will disable the vehicle and notify authorities.

Responsible driving: The vehicle may not be used in races, competitions, or for transporting illegal materials.

Road conditions: The vehicle must be driven on paved roads.

6. Vehicle Return

Return location: Must be at the same address as delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Returning to a different location will incur additional charges.

Fuel level: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level.

Return time: The vehicle must be returned at the same time as delivery; delays will incur charges for an additional rental day.

7. Cancellation Policy

No-charge cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the rental start date, with a full refund.

Late cancellations or no-shows: The deposit or payment will not be refunded if canceled less than 48 hours in advance.

8. Privacy Policy

Use of personal data:  We use your information to manage your reservation and keep you informed.

Data sharing: We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Customer rights: You may request access to or modification of your personal information.

9. **Legal Responsibilities and Limitations**

Personal belongings: EPIC Miami is not responsible for the loss or damage of belongings left inside the vehicle.

Liability limitation: We are not responsible for mechanical failures, accidents, or events beyond our control.

10. **Contract Modifications**

Terms modifications: EPIC Miami may modify the terms without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed reservations.

Reservation changes: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, changes will not be accepted.

11. **Jurisdiction and Applicable Law**

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County.

12. **Acceptance of Terms**

By signing this contract or completing the reservation, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
